David Antolick, PTA
David Antolick was born in upstate New York and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1993. David, his wife and two children relocated to Central Florida and now reside in Port Orange. In 2002, he earned his Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assisting at South University in West Palm Beach. He is a member of the Florida and American Physical Therapy Associations.
